What is your typical response time for new enquiries?
We strive to get back to all new enquiries within 24 to 48 hours. If you haven't heard from us by then, please check your spam folder or feel free to follow up via email.
How does the booking process work?
Once we discuss your vision and confirm availability, we issue a booking contract and request a non-refundable retainer to secure your date. Your date is officially booked only after both are received.
What details should I include in my enquiry?
To provide an accurate quote, please include the date, location (or venue name), estimated budget, and a brief summary of the project or event style you are aiming for.
Do you offer creative services outside of Cambridgeshire?
Yes, we are available to travel for both commercial projects and weddings across the UK and internationally. Travel and accommodation fees may apply depending on the distance.
